Following our formal designation by LB Hillingdon in December, the date has been set for our first Annual General Meeting. The AGM will take place at the Village Hall on Thursday 2 March, from 7.30pm. More details to follow.
All existing and prospective Forum members are welcome to attend. Anyone who lives or works (or represents) Ickenham can join the Forum – the Forum is the group that id writing a neighbourhood plan for Ickenham – membership is free.
2) Finance update – what’s happened to the £1,000+ government grant we have been awarded.
3) Review of constitution – no major issues, but we’ll need to amend the required ‘number of committee members’ if we can’t find a few more!
4) Election of committee – written nomination due 16 Feb, but we can nominate on the night too. Please consider joining. It shouldn’t be too much work…we need a functioning decision-making body.
5) Forward look – what, when and how…with the aim of getting our post-consultation draft plan submitted to the Council by the end of 2017, with the mandatory local referendum held around 2018 Festival week.
